Referring counselor should complete the three page Career Advancement Resources referral which includes the Housing Status Form. (Download Referral)
Send Referral and Housing form to a Natural Service Area (NSA) representative in your area approval. The NSA representative will then forward the referral packet onto Career Advancement Resources after it is approved.
